What is the base pay fro new reps? What is the pay for tenured reps?

New Rep d.o.e = $45-60k base + $12-24 bonus (primary care)

Tenured (5-10+ years) = $65-85k base + $16-30 bonus (primary care)

Tenured hospital/specialty base = $75-95 base + $20-35 bonus

I worked for NVS 5 years ago, I had 6 years exp and came in with $76 base & made about $20k in bonus.

There has been a virtual freeze on pay raises for the last 2 years too....get all you can up front.

Yah. My base pay has only risen 1600 over the past two performance reviews.

I was there 10 1/2 years, was at 103,500, started at 47,000 and averaged about 15k in bonus or the last 2 years, was let go in December and won multiple national sales awards and had a MBA and they let me go, sure it was my base salary but like you would tell them NO you don't want a raise, lol.
