Pay raises? How much? When? Left hanging out to dry,

Has anybody been told what their new hourly call rate will be?

We spent a lot of time completing the evaluation forms and meeting their deadlines but we have been left hanging not knowing what our new rate is . I never get anything in writing by the Home office showing my new hourly rate. I have to figure out what is by checking ADP. Come on couldn't you seend out a form letter to everyone with your new hourly rate.

What is the effective date of the pay increase? Starting with calls made on which date?

What is the maximum percent you can receive 3% ?, 5% ?, 8%?

Last year it was 3%
 












Does anybody know when pay raises go into effect? April 1 ? April 15 ?

I checked my ADP paycheck for 4/21 and saw no change in my hourly rate. I guess I did not get a raise.

I was given a 4 for my overall performance and I did not even get a penny raise / per hour.


This is totally unmotivating! I cnat believe it. What a bunch of cheapskates!

Anybody else check ADP to see if they got a raise???

Worse than not getting a pay raise is when your wife hangs you out to dry! Not a good feeling. All of the pleasing in the world may not please some wives. And, yes, mine is one of those.
 






Anybody get the word on their pay raise ? Tamiflu bonus?


I have not heard and neither have several other reps I spoke to.

Its ironic the second we are not on target to meet a call attainment goal, or are a couple of days behind in some training assignment ,or something else we get 5 emails with a threat of disciplnary action .

When it comes time to telling us our new pay rate or when bonus will paid for Tamiflu. (which by the way ended 3/31 ) nobody can give us a straight answer.
