How shameful of this deparment to put that we are going back to Pay for Performance Culture on a very diabolical email. You just ripped the soul out of what we do with patients everyday of our work lives.
Who is this department? Anyone there actually ever made a dollar for Astellas? Really bad people in this work space.
What happened to PATIENT CENTRICITY?
How can you be the most compliance/legal driven company in the entire world and also be a Pay for Performance Culture company. Thats like mixing oil and water. It don't mix. This is a bipolar culture if anything.
We haven't even been able to keep this place staffed!!!!! So you are going to develop the most elaborate performance appraisal process that creates attrition. We just hired over 100 new people. These poor people have been training hard and trying to learn. Since their fresh meat you are going to take this opportunity and drive them into the ground this entire year with this really crazy review for sales employees.
This company has gone crazy. This was a good place to work for many years.
By the way on the IC PLAN. If this product is 3 times the size of any product we have sold in the past why doesn't 100% of Plan = $26k. Everyone deserves to make at least 20k a quarter based on just 100%. Who advertises an IC plan based on 400% of plan? Who does that!
Nothing leaked about this plan except that we were going to get capped. That was done on purpose by the people in Chicago. It backfired BIG TIME!!! AND OMG THE VP's ARE SUCH LIARS!!! How will they ever come back from this. Well most of the stress comes from them anyways.
