Pay for CNS position

Can anyone tell me the pat range form the CNS positions? 10 plus tears experience. Sign bonus?stock? thanks so much!

my suggestion is that if you are looking for a signing bonus or stock that you find a time machine and set it circa 1985-2000. Value your current salary because many companies are offering 75-90k for 10 years neuro experience. This is one of the few jobs where your experience is not a plus.

Simply because in the early days the rep was the go to source. Now the rep is simply a liaison that promotes the programs and offerings of the marketing departments and provide the avenues for entertainment to the physicians.

Agreed, many times a physician will not come back for a lunch , too busy but the office staff is never too busy for lunch. With some physicians, they will show up for the lunch but do not want to discuss the disease state or drug. We have gone from a resource to a caterer and a lot of it is the fault if reps, too many in the past and many not able to carry on an intelligent medical conversation.
