Does anyone really know how we are getting paid for May? Seems like nobody knows, so I guess nothing? I sense that many aren't going to make goal #'s, so there goes any commission. How long do they expect AEs to work for free? If this doesn't make you want to get out, I don't know what will.

Yes in a functional company, that makes complete sense but when you are told "we don't know" by RSM, that's a problem.

Potential new hire here, can you explain the above statement? There is a salary so you should have some money coming in even if you don't make quota, right?

Yes there is a salary, but they have taken sooooo much away from the AE's its possible they can take away base. If you NEED a job, take it. IF you dont, pass

What? You think it's more likely pigs will fly than AIT switch its sales comp model to pure commission? Straight commission sales jobs are pretty common, you know?

This is either a RSM or a delusional AE who really thinks that AIT is a viable company. In either case the only reason they are still at AIT is because they are unqualified to work anywhere else. AIT has taken away Gym membership, car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, reduced commission, and ice cream socials in the break room so making AE's 100% commission is not out of the question. I think the person needing to get a grip is anyone believing that couldn't happen.
