What’s entertaining is 3 of the RBMS interviewing for their jobs are from the top 3 performing regions. Which is absolutely mind boggling that they are even in this situation.

No kidding. Leo doesn’t care about performance. Only diversity, inclusion, and equality matter anymore at this place. The way that the Texas RBD job selection goes down will tell you all you need to know about the direction of Leo. You have someone ranked in the top 3 of the company and most likely winning Leo pride being forced to interview for their job against a bottom feeding schlep…. Unreal!!!! If that schlep gets the job, his team will have 100% turnover except the guy on the PIP because no one left will want to work for him.

Looks like G was sent to the curb. He can always go work for Uber if need be. I hear their business picks up more over the holidays and is more suited for his skills.
Well, what else did you expect? I love our new leadership. Richard isn’t afraid to do the right things now that fat Eddie is no longer here to protect the absolute derelicts that he hired, like Gerald. I will give Amanda credit, she actually worked, although she was nothing more than a foggy headed cheerleader. But the people Eddie hired…. Yikes. It was clear Eddie got fired after allowing people like G to hire the morons he brought to the company. Thank god he is no longer in people recruiting / hiring. Gerald was more incompetent than a one legged man in an ass kicking contest! I can’t wait to see his results in the training department!
