Patterson purchases Miller Vet

Nope it's not a waste. Millers got a good presence in areas Patterson didn't.. It's a strategic move, eliminate a competitor that's got a growing list of customers that hate Covetrus and AmerisourceBergen ( a.k.a Mountian of Wacko Idiots ) and a great way to grow the Radetco division. And not to mention a great tax deduction

It seems that there is duplicity. Patterson and Miller have warehouses in Ocala Florida for instance. Patterson and Miller also are in Texas albeit different cities Miller’s branches all operated independently, including their computer systems. They are a mess that Patterson will have to clean up. They lost Elanco, didn’t have Merck, Zoetis or Boehringer to justify having an inside AND outside sales team. The new owner ultimately didn’t know what he was doing and ended up selling.
