layoff, yes.... big... sounds like only 30-40 something people nationwide. Considering they never had any lay-off before it sounds like big news but nothing like our 250 reps. I heard theirs was not sales specific, I think only a handful of nonperforming rookies and the rest were various other employees.

That is quite a motivating technique. The 250 layoffs they did a few years ago certainly didn’t work. Why doesn’t the mafia take a look at themselves and see how they continue make a mess of this company. Assholes like Rogan and Guggie should be fired.
