Patients are most Important

So funny how no one mentions patients being important until something goes wrong and the company knows they are in trouble with possible legal action. My 3 different bosses over the past 3 years have never mentioned anything about patients being important. It has only been about getting more business and satisfying our customers (our doctors). In fact, on calls where I spent time on fair balance, I was told that I was spending too much time on it. I was told to just ask if there were any safety concerns and just answer any questions they brought up. I was told black box warning wasn't needed because "everyone already knows about it".
