Pathetic Incentive Comp Increase

Been over a DECADE since Novo has adjusted their yearly Incentive Compensation plan. $1500 increase? That is an insult. Total slap in the face. Especially since they alluded during prior calls that they understood how inflation was hitting us, and that they would address it. Love having a job, but, there’s really no huge incentive to go above and beyond in hitting your goals.

Wake up. They can put the target bonus as high as you’d like. Then they’ll increase the goals so make the same that you’ve always made. It’s a smoke screen. Increase our base, or don’t bother.
 




With goals where they’ve been the last couple years, we’ve been taking a pay cut…I guarantee they’re not paying the bonus budget all out.

if they actually paid for our true performance the quarter that we earn it, there would be far fewer people leaving.

You are spot on. Go through the last ic tracker and look to see how many reps nationally met goal 100% or greater. It's been averaging roughly around 30% since 2020.

It's ALL smoke and mirrors. Plus the constant talk of "One Team" bullshit yet, DCS gets a kicker of 34% and OCS 66%.

And before anyone starts on their tirade about if you're unhappy then leave - I am only pointing out the obvious that Doug, Vince and the ET thinks we are too stupid to realize.
