If you have half a brain get out of Cubist ASAP. MC is great they treat you with respect and are all about the science. No role playing for days on end. They have actually MDs come and discuss the science. MC is mostly now full but one new ID company will be starting up a group soon and a few more companies outside ID are hiring by years end. GET OUT OF THIS PLACE ASAP. Cubist will be sold very soon and you'll get six weeks severance along with a kick in the ass. Senior management will spend the rest of their lives laughing about the fools who made them very rich and got very little in return. Don't give MB, RP and Stea the r***** the satisfaction. Get out of here ASAP. Companies looking to buy Cubist are going to have reservations when they see the massive HR problems they'll inherit. That is the best way to fire back at these back stabbers.

Just hang in there. Or don't." I love the graph. Just goes to show this really is a research experiment and CBM's are the rats.
 






Wish there was an opening with MC...I would go...Now it looks like Forest will be the next company to hire...I wouldnt go to Forest though even if you paid me 200k to start...Sucky ass company. I think higher risk than the MC, imo...

There are 2 new ID company launches coming next year. Don't worry, if you work for Cubist you WILL get a phone call. I've already spoken with one recruiter and she said she's got a list of current sales reps and plans to call each and every one.

Hang tight and weather the storm. Help is on the way.
 






Yes the recruiters have all our contact info so you will get a call. 50 people have left field sales in the last several months and at least 50 more will leave by years end. No response from management. RP has become a deer in headlights. Tony & Greg love seeing the mass exodus.

Do you really thing Tony and Greg love the mass exodus? It wold seem to me that they're totally screwed... Especially Tony!!!
 












The reason that they are happy about an exodus, is that thy can now fill these empty CBM/RBD positions with less experienced, but less expensive personnel. So they can save on over all labor costs. These new sales people are now moving into already bloated quotas, so the chances of actually hitting goal and making 40k are significantly reduced. Just my opinion.
