How will Shire keep these reps? Will some be cut?

Hybrids will move to only selling. Straight PAS reps will have any of the open territories, otherwise they will realign things again effective Q3.

Obviously the first option would be to fill any vacancies. But after that, the regions that have a PAS would likely have the territories realigned again to fit another Sales specialist.

How sure are you about this? I was under the impression they would still call on Psychologists.

There is no way Flemming wants people making calls on people who can't write scripts. He said it plainly when he talked about no initiatives beyond the pill - doesn't get more clear than that.
