I received a call from a recruiter about a full time sales position with Questcor. I was told the position had been filled with a part time rep, but when the full time job was offered to this rep, it was declined.
I looked the rep upon Linked In and the rep looks like a very qualified candidate that is capabable of making a good decision (based on positions held in the past).
I have reached out to this rep, but no response yet.
This is not a good sign, Pinnacle not being able to convince a currently employee to become an even bigger part of the solution.
Any thoughts?
