I am currently on a part time Gemini contract and they are going to all full time with the Onglyza contract starting next week

Merck should offer paid vacation or at least some benefits. They really have full time expectations with the part timers. It has changed drastically since the beginning. I like the job and give my best but do feel slightly like they are taking advantage of our 24 hours. Maybe paid holidays..something ?

The Merck contract is definitely not what it used to be. Reps are getting nickel and dimed to the bone. I'm grateful to have a job but I feel I am being taken advantaged of by Merck/Publicis. Doesn't help that my manager is a b!tch.
