Again, you show your ignorance. Read up on the boards about all the people on PIPs. In some cases, like your's, people are just immediately tossed for some critical issues. However, the majority that have performance issues are put on PIPs. Without improvement, they are eventually kicked out.

As for non-reporting chains, you show you ignorance on data. Some chains, like WalMart, do not report prescription data. However, IMS still tracks business into a zip code through DDD. Prescriptions are then projected for the non-reporting stores as the demographics are known for surrounding stores. Those of us more experienced pharma personnel happen to know this, whereas, low performing/low intelligence people like yourself, have no clue of this fact.

Regardless, it really doesn't matter for you anymore, because you got tossed and can't get back in the business.
