Will ZB purchase ...or Stryker beat them to it ?
Stryker owns wright, wright still collecting from the lawsuit against 28 for patent infringement? Multiple patents? Or is that still in court? Looks like Stryker getting paid or gonna get paid out regardless, last I saw their argument in court was successful. Does Stryker just swallow them up and spit them out after all this? Until then why would anybody buy them and be responsible for patent infringement lawsuits?
BS. It's a publicly traded company and despite a major share price correction it's still overvalued relative to their financials. We are beyond the point of saturation in terms of orthopedic competitors. None of them make any money, the race to the bottom is well underway.I heard the will be bought soon

In general growth is name of the game. Both paragon 28 and Treace are purposely staying unprofitable with a heavy emphasis on investment in r&d &/or commercial channel to drive revenue.
You only get one shot to flip to profitable so you better have commercial channel &/or bag filled.
I know for a fact that is not true at one of the two mentioned companies. There is no strategy to stay unprofitable, no "heavy emphasis on investment" anywhere in the organization, just pure incompetence at running a company or managing finances.
He ain’t lying. Look at sintx threads on Zimmer. A horribly ran company that has 10k, 10q and analyst reviews that can show no debt and analyst say buy. But in reality, sintx all forward look statements, all BS fluff PR’s. Management has zero clue, just collecting checks. This happens all over the place. One of the 2 named companies is more then likely a god damn disaster like sintx.you do huh? so you go against everything that is available in 10k,10q and all analyst reviews? you’re speaking from a position of authority, but no substance.
Make this make sense pleaseCurious if anyone is hearing anything about a P28 buy out in 2024/2025
Dead cat bounce. All signs of a failing company. Not a good look here. Appears that desperation is written on the wall. It will sell for way less then anyone Imogene if it does sell. Not to much market share to acquire purchasing the company…. If they good manufacturing that your best bet for a sale, acquired for manufacturing capabilities, not the products. To be fair it might have jumped due to nearly an all time low… not a terrible time to invest in P28 if you’re in for the long game/ an acquisition. Might not need an announcement to warrant optimistic trade volume.
