You know there are many at this company who are doing well, hitting our numbers and basically left alone (not micromanaged to death) maybe instead of constantly crying on cp, you could try doing your job, or better yet leave and make all our lives better without your crying!

Agreed, the paradigm shift is to stop all the micromanagement and let us all do our jobs.
 






There have been a long list of great reps, managers and talented corporate employees who have been neutered by PS, KK, and their band of friends they put into the company. This place is a shell of what it used to be under O'Rourke. If you don't know who he is, then you obviously do not know how this place has changed for the worse since then. Under this new regime of management, you're only as good as your last trimester. As soon as you start slipping on numbers KK has directed your managers to micromanage you to death.

You're not doing anything. You're not hitting your numbers and even if you are a few of the ones given cooked up goals, you're still not making any real money. The IC plan is a complete joke. The new alignment is a disaster. Good reps still leaving. Place is a mess. KK is a horrible person to have to work with.

I agree with this statement. The new alignment is a disaster and making peoples home life horrible. Yeah KK is difficult but PS is responsible for the new alighnment - his idea. This is leading to the demise of this company. Look at all the job posting on Bausch careers.

The cooked up goals are real. The person inside that used to set them was told to adjust goals for certain people many many times. KK and PS gave their friends cooked up goals and we know they did it.

When you see KK's and PS's favorites on stage you know the reason why. Makes the ones that do it on their own that much more impressive.
