Panel Interview for Hospital sales??

A dear friend of mine made it to the final interview for the hospital division. She told me that the final interview is a panel interview (RD, 3 DMs and 2 sales trainers). Not only that but there were 3 candidates all interviewing at the same time!!! Is this true of the hospital interview? That seems intense.

Too much BS for a position that will fail at all levels. If it takes this many to define the meaning of "group think", would you really want work here?

I have learned the interview process tells a lot about a company and its leadership. Hence, be warned.

If they are a dear friend, tell them to run for the hills. Some jobs are just not worth it and this is one.

I met the DM for the midatlantic for a hospital interview. Not impressed at all. She was a total primary care mentality.

I see you met SW!! She used to be a DM for the primary care division. It will be interesting to see how her division performs under her leadership. She beat out managers with years of anti-infective experience so she definitely must be feeling the pressure to produce.

I would tell them to KYA ..there are not 6 qualified antiinfective, hospital managers or trainers in the company. If you have half a brain, you are already a step ahead.

It is a primary care Neiro company...why does this surprise yo that the DM is not qualified. Most of the company is a joke....I met a goof ball in San Diego who thought his crap did not stink, and he could not look me in the eye or shake my hand, pure loser ..he was the DM

Haha this manager BK has this thread pulled. Truth hurts doesn't it? Aside from having the highest turnover in the region, he's also lost his TOP three reps. Remember the mass email he sent to the whole region, bragging about how he had the smartest reps in the region? Stay classy BK.

Doesn't sound like BK to me. He is just competitive
