My first interview was with the District Manager of the territory I would be covering. Tomorrow I have a  telephone sales assessment. If that goes well, there are two more interviews. One with the regional manager and then with a manager from Janssen. It doesn't appear to be any room for negotiation, but I'm going to ask for more. The interview I had was pretty straight forward, but not the typical "so tell me a time when...", it was more of a getting to know me style of interview. Hope that helps and good luck to you as well.
