Is it true we make more bonus than the Oncology division?
Is it true we make more bonus than the Oncology division?
It is true because Oncology has BB
Someone really hates this guy, what gives, let the rest of us know!
Not someone but everyone in the east. What a tool!
I know the idiots will jump all over me here but I really like what the management team has done since Teva took over. If you don't like the management team here than leave already. This place can only get better.
Well- no idiots here but how is this a better place? Agreed, it is better in that those of us who are looking for better opportunities can be picky about them..no immediate lay off scenario looming. Some of us are looking for reasons to stay but it's hard.
How is this better?
*no real launch incentive for Synribo
*a very small target bonus for Oncology
*20 percent of your money is being held back to pay some bills(might be okay if the bonus was more)
*Other Cephalon divisions making more bonus
*Compared to other Oncology companies, Teva/Ceph Oncology at the bottom
*Unhappy regional managers, citing incredible paperwork -email- load vs before becoming Teva
* A year or two away from a mass exodus depending on if they pay industry bonus rates, pay for GCSF and if Custirsen meets approval. The ability to pay is something you don't worry about with most of the other companies.
* Massive turmoil in the MSL space
* Hiding under the CIA as an excuse not pay..unique to this division and the original problem wasn't created here
* The problem isn't with Teva but with existing Cephalon Upper management in this division.
* Cephalon had one of the best Hematology sales forces before Teva
* Very generous bonus plans before Teva
* Easier to recruit top talent to the company....there is no top talent coming here now
* An Oncology educated populace which made the organization stronger....
Please explain how and why this is a better place at this point.
Share with me what you're doing that you deserve more? how much are you adding to the bottom line at the end of the day, week, month? Get your head out of your *## and be grateful you have a job! Unhappy RSMs making over $200,000 pushing paper and forwarding messages, what a joke. it's a better place than the unemployment line!

We deserve to be at par like the rest of the industry.
Deserve more? Unemployment line? A players- know their worth, are competitive, position themselves well and make people around them better. This usually translates to wealth for a company. Yes, they feel they deserve more, unemployment line doesn't enter the picture.
Grateful to have a job? Actually an A player is busy kicking ass, the"grateful to have a job" doesn't enter the picture.
200 grand is a little over 1/2 of one percent of the 30 million dollars or more each one of us manages yearly, fair to say we might make that with a new bonus plan. Not a great package compared to the rest of the industry.
An A player strives to do more than par and views mediocrity as a bad disease. You sound like a complacent C player who just wants to get by.
Wouldn't you like your company to be an A player? Your management to act like A managers and not treat professionals like kids at meetings and cheat people out of awards?
Who are you.......?
