Gets out from what? You k ow a company needs products and those products come from RD, what do you want her to do come up with new drugs herself? Got a problem with her why don't you go talk to her? There's a crazy idea

I am an emotional stable person who is a great leader and has passion about the products and the patience. I care about everyone- even if it means I lose out. I care more about others than myself and I am a strategic thinker. In fact I am the reason that we have retained so much talent in the East over the years.... Geleso (mine) Anthony L (mine) Eric R (mine) E Edwards (mine) John D (mine) F Tracy (mine) Oh baby I could go on and on and on. I cant believe I am not the head of sales #metoo or running the company. I will tell you this....everyone will understand that I am the best (because I will keep telling them that) because I care about my people and the future of the company.
I hope this clears up the issue of why I still have a job (even with R Lis gone).
