PA reps! Look out

You're actually a coward for posting this. Mind your business and hope you can find a new job soon. Stop ratting people out, Novartis will not reward you for this. Crabs in a barrel mentality.

Heard that we have a double dipper in the community already. You really think you're going to get away with double dipping until a severance is paid? CMON MAN!

you're a miserable douchbag for posting this
a double dipper is a hero under the circumstances
throw them a parade instead of turning into a jealous pussy

This person who is double dipping should be applauded! There are many reps who do this pharma job (which anyone knows a monkey can do) and have small businesses on the side.

You on the other hand probably think this job is the begin all, end all! Or arent too bright to think of something to do on the side!

Dont be a hater....

No matter what Novartis has done, a person has a responsibility to be moral and do the right thing. Would you like someone to "steal" from you, and then all your neighbors cheer the thief on because you have more than them? Is this what everyone has become? Is there no shame?

I have no shame about making additional money on Novartis time. We know the bonus numbers are incorrect which costs me money. If they can rip me off on bonus money I can rip them off on time.

I can't believe what i am reading on this board: only one person thought that it is wrong to double dip!!!!! No wonder why this country is where it is today! What if this "double dipper" was working for you as an employee? How do you like him now?
He is lucky enough to have found a new job, why should he be paid for it?
It would actually be very funny, if by chance Novartis decides to keep him!! Ha! Ha!

This is so wrong and there is absolutely no justification for it whatsoever. Those who are defending this practice - your arguments are indefensible and so typical of the average pharmaceutical rep mindset to say nothing of your collective lack of ethics. It does not matter if you're unhappy with Novartis right now - you don't respond to perceived ill-treatment by resorting to climbing into the gutter.

So you're all saying that it's ok and righteous to STEAL?
Honestly, this has been going on everywhere in the country for years. I say good for them! I am sure that they couldn't give two shits about any of the employees, haven't in the past and if anyone can earn 14.8 million with this company then why not take a little extra to hold us over too. Most of us will not be making what we are now with any other pharma company and jobs are few and beyond in this economy.

It is not ok to steal. It is also not ok for the company to realize there are issue with data reporting and chose to do nothing about it. This costs me money. Both are wrong. The only way I can get even and sleep at night is by taking the appropriate action.

I hate to break it to you but you are not a sales person by definition - look at the overtime lawsuit - the bonus money is a gift and has been for a long time -you're lucky or unlucky in that regard.

The bonus money, although not guaranteed, is part of the overall package. This means I work 40 + hours for the package. If the package is incomplete I do not work 40 hours a week. If they would have correct data or make corrections for known incorrect data, I would work 40 hours a week. I disagree that bonus is a gift.
