A buddy of mine forwarded a job posting, he said it's a P4.

Questions:
- What's the approximate range of compensation, bonus, and benefit?
- It's not a managerial position, but is it at managerial level?

I'm an associate manager at a different pharma company, so I would love to know if the position is roughly at the same level as my current job.

Thanks in advance.

96-160 but don't expect over 130 because of the midpoint. The "P" stands for Professional track, you can move to an "M4" Manager level which means you have direct reports. That is the only difference between a P4 and M4. 14% bonus.
