Missouri cut yesterday, glad I started networking early. What happened to all the excitement and contract growth for 2012? Good luck to all of you, it was a fast ride. Does anyone know how many P4 reps survived?
 






I don't know how many were cut exactly but it sounds like is was way over the majority. And way over what most people were thinking.

Has anyone heard of any further opportunities with Publicis coming up after the new year? And not just with Pfizer but any company.
 






Cluster 1 cut. Cut along with myself were my Publicis RFC, a Pfizer DBM and multiple Pfizer reps.

I have mixed feelings. I liked alot about the contract, but every 6 months, it seemed like there were layoffs, and if you weren't laid off, product changes, testing (job loss if you didn't pass). I am flexible. If that is the way of pharma, so be it. I am hoping for a contract with more stability, however.

An RFC on another contract said his Touchpoint recruiter talked about multiple contracts being negotiated. We'll see. The Touchpoint reps I have met, as well as my RFC's were excellent. I can't but help to think we all have good things ahead.
 






U are so right! I loved all my Pfizer counterparts/district mates/ manager. Also loved my P4 manager and ther reps that I had a chance to meet. But, the instability makes it very difficult to completely enjoy it.
I hope we will hear some positive news about some opportunities after the new year!! Let us all try to keep in touch with any info you hear!
In the meantime, I hope we can all find a way to enjoy our holidays and realize how much we have to be thankful for. It's just a job! So many people are trying to make it through the holidays with a lot more on their plates! Thankful I have my family and good health!

You don't have to tell me, I was out for 18 months prior to getting this job. But I stil feel the same way...there are far worse things! And I will never take this job for granted again either! You won't hear me complain about what type of car or car allowance or crap like most of these boards are filled with!
 












Class 8 training member here...flew home Thursday...got the call Friday morning that I was let go. I still want to know who made the decision to go ahead with the training?? What a waste of time, effort etc.
 






I don't know of anyone that was left. My manager was not allowed to say. That was a total waste of money and time for those that were in training! Sorry y'all had to do that!
I got my termination packet by FedEx on Christmas Eve! Thought it was going to be something special for Christmas...it was like a real life Clark Griswold "Christmas Vacation" moment! Ugh!
 






so sorry to hear that you all went thru training...that was horrible. Rumors flyin that Pfizer may need us to be plugged in some terrtiories after January. any truth to it? or are we all history?
