P4 Bonus







Considering most of us have 30-40% changes to our TCL's each quarter and we don't get our goals til late in the second month of the quarter (and this quarter we still haven't received them) it is a crap shoot as to whether you make bonus or not. Metrics other than sales should be used when we have to be so flexible on a contract.
 






Doesn't matter. In 2 weeks, more than 1/2 of you are going to be laid off. I suspect most of those people will be happy they get paid through the end of September and get their Q2 bonus payout.
