does the P-club trip go to the reps that made the most bonus? if not why?

to answer the ?; in the past the reps that made the TOP BONUS (like every other company in the world) went on the p-club trip. This year the reps that had best product average went on the trip. Some reps made a lot more bonus than reps going on the trip, hope that helps!

They can't do it that way because of our segments! I made the same % to forecast for Epipen as a segment 2 person but made less $. There's no way to make it up on Perforomist. What do you suggest? The bonus $ wouldn't be accurate to reflect the % to goal between reps.

I would suggest the idiocy to stop! If there must be segments then have 2 segments
and 6 reps from each segment goes on trip. Volume should play a role into the Segments too but that is just way too smart for this group I guess. It is disgusting that people made 10K more in bonus than the P-club reps for overall bonus. Name another company in any industry that does this?
