Providers losing patience.
Pharmacies losing patience.
Patients losing patience.
Reps loosing confidence in the company.
Management at all levels pretending all is good.

What a nightmare.
 








Didn’t the south area VP tell the area to grow 2mg despite not having any?

Didn’t home office ensure the field that 2mg would be back to full stocking end of October? Hell, the 1mg never made full stocking either despite them telling the field it was good! And then? Crickets.

sounds to me like this leadership team is right on schedule!!!!

My pod just hit 67% of ozempic goal for this week. I have been threatened with getting put on a plan because of ozempic performance . I can’t hit my goals because the patients in my area (ohio) can’t get ozempic at the pharmacy. I quit a good job to come work at novo. This ain’t what I thought pharmaceuticals was all about, any advice? My manager will not acknowledge the supply issues, my doctors now won’t discuss anything with me but supply woes.
 








No one in my district is 90% of goal on either product, let’s focus on ozempic.

Very few are at goal, yet novo can’t keep up with demand at 90-95% of goal. So, are they normalizing the data/numbers in connex and real volume is 120-135% of goal (they wont have to pay us on) or in reality the employees in IC/budgeting/business planning that department of 400 employees should all be fired.

A PLAN? Your dbm is a tool. How can you get scripts when zero pharmacies have it.
Sorry you work for such an asshat.
 




Why the heck do you guys continue to have endless DTC commercials to drive demand when you can’t even meet the needs of the current demand? Smells like corporate greed.
