Oxlumo really is the worst drug launch ever. Alnylam can't blame COVID for the horrible access or lack of HCP interest. What did the MSLs do for two years? What did marketing actually do to prepare for the launch?

Here we go again, field states obvious facts and home office attacks. Happened with Onpattro too and now we know the field was right. Legacy pre-market ALNY employees have such a chip on their shoulder. This could have been a great company but now it’s just shit.
