I’d say they hold the line but with no approval for at least a year and that’s without more scrutiny which we know will happen, I just don’t see this division holding on at full capacity.
More than likely a dramatic scale down or have reps post for other positions to back fill.

It seemed like such a promising division. What about those who just went there from other divisions on this latest upsizing.
Anyone have success getting interviews in other divisions? Is it just the Pfizer robots that get a shot at any job available??? No wonder this company is such a cesspool of idiots. I’m out as soon as possible But the market in rare disease is very tight. I’m not taking less money because of my bad decision to come to this arrogant fucked up place.
You may have to take less money if you want a job with a future. I'm pretty sure that Rare will remain in deep doo doo, at least for the next 18-24 months. As far as Pfizer robots getting the prime jobs or promotions? Thats how we roll here. And that is why we are in the position we're at today.
