Johanna is one of the few that can make positive change at the G. Problem lies in her weak underlings who don’t provide transparent feedback which makes all the uncomfortable rats surface here. Wake up folks and tell your story or save it. If your boss can’t escalate, go up a rung until someone hears you. As for OW, she has done a ton of roles and most likely on her way to retire between yoga classes. Leave her be. She has done plenty for the company.

What about Sandrine? She sounded like she was real world and she's as big pharma as all the rest. Don't let her fool you just bc she's traveling the US and sharing cute little pictures. She's all about metrics and sharing your IVA (while making eye contact w the customer of course) on every call even if it doesn't made sense. They actually think the same sh** we've shown them over and over AND OVER is going to make a difference all of a sudden. What an insult to physicians. That's all she's got... "show your IVA more often" and that will increase sales. OK thanks SanDRAIN.

ALL of these “senior leaders” were hired from big pharma companies. Every last one! Even the RDs so what else should we expect? None of them can lead or inspire because too many are learning on the job. You couldn’t have told me 7/8 years ago such managerial incompetence would permeate throughout Gilead.
