This is old news. They have been robbing the company blind since the crook Soderburg took over, and everyone since. They rape the company out of millions every year in salary, bonuses, and stock options. But I am forced to reprimand a technician for expensing a 40 dollar socket set to fix a customers issues. This company has not been about customers since the Hillenbrand family left it. They hate customers. Evans (while drunk) at the farm actually told somebody how it pisses him off to even speak to low life customers, but several overheard it. I am so close to retirement and cannot wait. I hope when gone I never hear their pathetic name again. Seen incredible changes since 1990, most for the bad as greed has devoured this companies good name.
