Not true. There are several HSBS positions posted. By the time they hired them and trained them it would be the end of the year. KAM positions are being combined with HSBM's. No KAM jobs are posted.

Haha post away. Hot off the press HSBS is expanding selectively. The best of the best will receive the nod and shoulder tap by August.
Leadership knows and understands where HSBS can gain the best outcomes. Expansion pilots are even under consideration for IPF / ILD - they know and seek the value.
It’s understandable that the dredges of the masses do not appreciate or realize that they went to President’s club on age shoulders of giants. These considerations have been noted by leadership everyone else must pause and acknowledge this potential

Former DM that recently left here. There is no way they can touch overlays without including embedded positions. Everyone was hired with the same qualifications and standards. Legally they will have to put you all in a pool and have a fair way of reorganizing. Expect to interview for the new territory wherever you are, in either role. I don't have inside information beyond this. If you aren't locked in, start looking. If you are, best of luck. Work on your interview skills and engage your network.
