Currently working for a small biotech that is the worst and most unprofessional organization that I’ve seen in a long time. I’ve been interviewing for the past 6 months and it’s been a grind. The process now is endless, and I actually feel like I’ve had a colonoscopy after some of these interviews. I’m 57, male, and wish I could find something else worthwhile that could actually give me professional purpose again. The industry has so significantly changed over the years. Curious if anyone else is facing, or has faced this dilemma, and what have you done about it. I’m tired and feel that I’m not valued anymore. Thank you for any honest opinions.
