It’s safe to say that Sotyktu is a dog that simply cannot bark nor bite. The “over lays” will be the first clowns out the door when we go thru layoffs this year. The only thing missing is them wearing clown shoes and having a big red nose to honk when they walk into an office to sell this product that is apparently loved by obese speedo wearing creeps that like to walk around naked in front of their kids. This donkey turd will be lucky to be 20% to goal by December with the way they were set. What a joke of a company and leadership team.

I don't think they will be the only ones to go. There are territories that have a full overlay and at this point the base rep should be number one in the country. If they aren’t in the top 10 then it is time to go. Throw in the useless DAL position and you have the majority of our layoffs right there. Dermatology needs to scale back its sales force. Then let people sell.
 




No kidding! All my lazy overlay does is call on the accounts that already write Sotyktu. That m*ron doesn’t give me any help at all with the people I need help with! (The people that don’t use Sotyktu). It’s the worst dog and pony show job, next to the DAL who spends 2 days in my territory per year.

Mine never works in my territory. Literally hasn’t brought a single script.
 




My joke of an overlay does the SAME THING. She just calls on all the people that already write Sotyktu and takes all the credit, just like the DALs, AKA junior varsity slightly r******d MSLs….
