I just got a call from a recruiter about an opening in my area. She said that in the past couple months, there have been a lot of changes to Zoll thanks to a consulting firm. Higher base, reachable goals, better work/life balance.I literally just spent 2 hours reading posts and I'm absolutely appalled. Can anyone honestly tell me if these so called changes from April actually happened? I hate my job now so I would be devestated to join another shitstoem. Help!!
