Since there has been SO much communication as to what to do, I am hoping someone can help me. I have only been here about 2 years, so I am not sure who to ask about this. Do we get locked out right away after we get laid off? Or, will we have time to use them?

To be safe, I'd go ahead and use them. Shire can pull them really whenever they want. I used mine last week.
