This stupidity isn't limited to other countries. Take a look at bullying laws in New Jersey. A complete over reaction because some gay kid was filmed with another guy and then hung himself. Now, I don't think that is bullying, maybe privacy and decency violations, and it sure didn't call for this over reaction in public schools. It reminds me of when I was first out of college in a very male dominated career, and women were trying to ban use of such horribly sexist terms such as mailman!
