Outside sales vs. inside sales would you ever consider Inside Sales

Would you ever consider inside sales? Sometimes after driving all day etc etc I wonder if I'd like inside sales, but it seems like the money would not be that great but I am seeing more and more inside sales positions out there.

Inside sales is harder than outside sales. All you have is a telephone -- you'll be required to make on average 70 to 80 calls per day -- and ALL of that is recorded and monitored. The quota system is unreal. and then there's the sales quota -- inside sales is probably the worst/hardest job there is.

If any of you think your DM's micromanage you, try inside sales.

Agree! and all the office bs you have to put up with.
