OMG! What a sexist post! Invariably, the top sales performers are women! The old white boy culture is coming to an end!

Stop crying and sell something! 70% of all girls only cry about how discriminated they are or sleep with/flirt with whoever to get to the top. How about you go STFU and go sell something! And please go eat a damn sandwich or something, I can see your ribcage! You anorexic &($)#(%@#...

What offends me more than something sexist is something poorly written, unfunny, cliched or crude. Give up the frat boy mentality, creep.

You're not paid too low. When the position was offered to you, the pay was written on your offer letter. You accepted it. If you thought it was too low, you'd have not accepted it or you'd have negotiated for more. What do you want to be paid? It's a free market, do research, find the companies that pay more, apply, interview well, and land the higher paying gig. There are other factors besides pay that matter just as much. Do you like the vacation time? The annual 401k contribution they provide and lump sum? Do you have a great manager? Make some moves if you feel like more money will enrich your life more. I'm not being condescending, I'm serious.
