Anyone from OUR Lab (Oppenheimer) Urology Lab?

Received a call from recruiter. Said bases were 50-60K and bonus btw $70-200 for total pkg of btw $120 - 260K.

Seems like wide variance. Any reps can confirm or challenge this?

From a former rep, Dr. O stated that he had "made his 100m and now wanted to help us make ours". He then turned around within the next five minutes and explained the new compensation package, emphasizing the fact that he 'will never pay a rep more than a pathologist. If you want to make $200k than you need to look somewhere else'.

I stayed for less than 2 months, taking another offer with a competitor. What I know to be true is that over the past 18 months there has been a complete turn over of the Exectuive level managers, 95% of the salesforce, and a large number of the internal/lab staff. They say that s*#t runs down here but it has to start somewhere.

This what Joe "Greaseball" Romeo did before becoming "Our Lab" Eastern Regional Manager!!!!

Independent Sales Consultant
Century Park Associats
Privately Held; Hospital & Health Care industry
January 2009 – July 2009 (7 months)

What a fucking joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Former OURLab rep as well. The money was good when Wayne Rigler was there. He left Dr O took over and cut commissions. You can make decent cash but are capped at 200k. Not bad but not great. The high turnover of management and sales reps speaks of the work culture. Keep your nose clean and never speak out and you should do well. They don't value the salesperson, but they do value the customer. Whereas Bostwick is just out for the buck.
