I take it that you are being sarcastic. Personally I would get rid of them. They bring no value to the bottom line and are always looking for a better job. I find that very unmotivating.
 




I have worked with my manager 1 time in 9 months. We had coffee and thats it. Not sure what they are paid for either. In tough times like this the whole bunch could go and never be missed. Honestly, what kind of motivation or career advancement can a contract manager offer us contract reps? PUHHHHHHLEEEEEEZZZE.

As a manager i am able to say this was a big step down. I took this out of necessity and will be gone the second something better comes along. We are all in this misery together.
