Now no new data for another 2 weeks... These guys, whoever is left in Wilmington, are the worst. Shockett and his team of US of morons haven't done anything well in 2 years..

That combined with the EBDs and CBDs not giving a crap about anyone but their own asses, and no one is doing anything to make it better.

At least my DM gives a shit. I can see it in her face, and hear how frustrated she is. No one is helping and we have this mythical 12 WEEKS to deliver or more heads will roll. How are we supposed to sell when we can't plan because we have no data. 7 calls on the right docs is always going to be better than twelve calls on whatever random crap is on our STP...

It's like walking into a Kmart store that is shutting down. It's dirty. It's falling apart. None of the employees give a crap cause they are losing their jobs soon. They are pushing to get rid of as much merchandise as they can. Pretty soon you will just have a vacant building that gets torn down. Right Wilmington?

Not to mention some of us have brand new territories. We have no idea if our new docs are ever writing Symbicort. This company is ridiculous with those expectations and lack of accountability on their end . Way to be leaders . No wonder AZ is a laughing joke , because they don't know what they're doing.

That was such a great metaphor. It really is like walking into a Sears or KMArt. Remember 20-30 years ago almost everyone bought everything at Sears. Even Kmart had a brand and meme - Rainman anyone? And now when you go to HQ it is like going into that store that says Everything Must Go! 70-90% off. Liquidation sale today. All sales final. All merchandise as is. Ask a salesperson about purchasing the fixtures. So true. There is no one there left who can help with any questions/issues you might have. It doesn't matter. We spit out a few objectives and reports and then we manage updates about what hasn't been fixed yet via Chatter. All good now go back to sleep kids.

Things are about to get much worse as heads will roll, now that our crepe making leader wont be lining his pockets this year:
