If you are seeking another sales opportunity, the following may be helpful:

Google: "Pharmaceutical Sales Representative jobs (and your state or city name)"

This will pull up numerous job boards like indeed.com, Simplyhired.com, Careerbuilder, Monstor.com, etc..

You can also pay for a subscription service like Medreps.com which often posts pharma and medical sales jobs not found on the free sites. Be aware that Medreps.com will continue to autobill your credit card if you do not send them a written cancellation notice.

Shire has numerous openings nationally for CNS and G.I. sales positions. Check out their corporate web site careers section.

Also check out other contract organization web sites like Quintiles, Publicis Touchpoint Solutions and P.D.I..

Check out Horizon Pharmaceuticals. They just acquired Pennsaid 2% and will start promoting it next year. According to the Horizon rep in my area, they will be hiring for extra territories. Previous selling experience of Pennsaid 2% will be a huge qualification. Check their website to see if there are any openings in your area. Best of luck to all.

Horizon is pathetic, but still wouldn't hire you deadwood turds. Seriously, look at enterprise or Avis.
