OTC Old Mgmt vs New Mgmt

Does anyone else believe RB is trying to become big pharma. Activity based instead of sales based. Old training philosophy taught us to have a real conversation about our products. The new way of RB is document everything. Old management rewarded increased marketshare and gave us tools to sell. New management wants numbers of lunches, ISR programs, KAM programs, journals, etc, etc. Camaraderie has been replaced by spreadsheets, documented conversations, restrictions, robotic guidelines, etc, etc. Spoon Feeding is the watchword of today and tomorrow in this industry. When are they going to get a hint that this is why so many have quit and MANY others are looking for something new. If there were more jobs out there many more good reps would be gone. More work, less pay, what a concept!

RB has become big pharma. If you notice the only people left are from big pharma and that is all they know. Upper management is going to try and get as much money the company can get out of its employees. All it is is a bunch of "yes men". No one has a real thought or opinion or you are gone. Never never never have an opinion that is different than the rest or you will be "not a part of the culture". Good luck to those hanging on. It gets tougher each day to look yourself in the mirror and continue on with these group of fakes.

Sounds like a few of you are very unhappy...my advice just go. Just an FYI not everyone that is from big pharma. I do agree that things are very different but we had it very easy at Adams. Things were just handed to us where now you actually have to work for whatever it is you do get. Don't think that the grass is greener on the other side because atleast you still have a job while others are out of work. There are other companies that provide a lot less money and a lot more micromanaging. Good luck to you.

Really? Do you even WORK for RB? We have ONE product not "products", and I've never heard of KAM programs, ISR programs, or journals. I have heard of TAP programs, KPIs....And we went back to straight up quotas instead of that ridiculous marketshare payout system. We were rewarded on SALES, and are so again this quarter...maybe you are using your own terms (KAM, ISR) but I've never heard of them in my time here....I smell a troll....yeah it ain't the wild west like it was in the beginning, but it's hardly big pharma....you still get to choose the docs you target, and are paid on what YOU sell. GTFO if you don't like it.

Shit, my bad...I didn't see OTC....that's a different ballgame that I'm not privy to. I thought this was a rant about RB Pharma and Suboxone...my apologies, I need to pay more attention

for the record, "my bad", is reserved for brain dead teens and its way way out of date. Anyone using this pathetic term ranks in with the idiots who continue to use another way out dated term, hottie. Its 2011, not 1996.
