Ortho Rep to Mentor Rep

Anybody that has a joint recon background have any thoughts on Mentor gig? Upside? Downside?

In our world, most of the reps are guys. It seems like a lot of the Mentor reps are women from the LinkedIn site....True? More challenging environment for guys to sell in?

Any thoughts are much appreciated as I ponder this potential move.

it is only recent that the women have increased numbers on the salesforce. I would not read into that... it is half OR based half office/call based.

How is the culture/industry? If you were to leave to a competitor, who would it be, Allergan or Sientra and why.
