Ortho Device Companies

I know it really depends on specific geographical area to determine where the best company to go is based on amount of business is had/to be had but out of Biomet, Stryker, Depuy, Smith/Nephew which companies would you or would you not recommend someone with med device experience but not ortho be? Obviously, I'm sure there are many other good companies so I would appreciate any input on those as well.
