Let’a be very clear what the LCD change is a result of, pure greed by ORGO.

Yes yes. It’s the governments fault that ORGO hasn’t done the things the government asked for to land on the approval list.

Is anyone surprised that ORGO Organo ignored the draft for a year, did nothing to get added to the approved list, then played to victim?

not part of Organo, but I’m surprised stuff like puraply and nushield were placed on the not covered list. Now Affinity, and especially Novachor (which they sketchily don’t show on their website) were purely plays at creating physician spread and getting as much business until the MAC hammer came

there are not random clinical studies that show PP heals wounds. Why should an LCD pay thousands of dollars for a product that has no data?

affinity wasn’t created for the physician spread. It was created as a unique product until Organo bought it, pulled it off the market, TRIPLED the price. Screwed with Redbook. And THEN sold on the spread.

I highly doubt the top, GG, even knows the truth since everyone from the bottom up is forced to lie (pushed by their ADS to cover their ass) about the truth as the information goes up the chain because they only want to hear everything is rainbows. They whistle past the graveyard to the point by the time the information gets to GG, its all a game of telephone and a lie.
