You guys are probably screwed. Might see some money in the next 2 years, otherwise there’s no shot. You were sold a false promise, Organon is not paying up nearly as much as you were told. That is, unless the drug sees a massive uptick in sales (unlikely).
 




TZ never said we would be millionaires, he said his #1 goal was to make us wealthy which he failed to do as there will be no payout unless Organon can do what we could not do. Game not over but not looking good.

I made good money here at launch, then it slowed… at least we have AD coming up which I know Fred will do something for us I just hope Organon allows it! I’m in for the launch money then that may be it. Topicals are dead in derm and I think we all know this we just don’t want it to be true! No one can change it

He said to me and others on multiple occasions that he wanted to make people millionaires. Look at the details. No one is making any $ aside from TZ and Roivant. It’s a horrible deal. Roivant wanted to get rid of us. TZ ran company into the ground with his beating people up and being in his own “echo chamber” where NO ONE can say anything constructive or he goes ballistic.

100% But we're "family" TZ shopped around until he could finally find somewhere to unload this company. No one wanted us. It's obvious with this deal neither did Organon. We will not make any money. Dreams of being millionaires is over. We will not make any money on AD launch. No normal pharma company will approve any of Fred's BS. He should be in jail for his antics at Valeant. IF they are smart, Organon will cut SAMS, SRD's and hold on to maybe 1/2 of the FMDS. None of these people have worked in 2 1/2 years.
