Isn’t Merck and Organon supposed to be “woke”? Organon’s motto is “ here for her health”… based on my internal training about diversity and inclusion this sounds wrong to me. Shouldn’t we be more inclusive? Let’s not assume it’s for “her” health couldn't we be there for they/them or he/she/it? Am I the only one who sees the irony?
Humble suggestion if you want to get promoted in to either company. Make sure you identify as a he/she/it and shorten your pronoun to “shit” I’m your email signature.
