Phlebotomy not done with the union - we will get them back! We got a lousy 3% raise - that's 1 1/2% for the last two years! JJ thinks if she brings cupcakes we will feel appreciated - NOT!

The reason the union didn't get in was Corporate/HR/Upper management went into full "assault" mode. They spoke to all the employees in weekly meetings for 9 months - pretending that they had "no idea" what was going on - when everything came down from BH himself (saving money - impressing Burlington) - this whole debacle cost the NE more money than half the divisions made last year! Still a lot of rumbling from employees - what a mess...stay tuned people - union hitting Central and South - this time - employees are a little smarter.
Play into their hands or open up a big can of worms?
